Returns Policy

If you are thinking of returning an item please follow our returns authorisation procedure and we will arrange for collection of unwanted items that meet with our given criteria.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM:
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it.  We will refund the cost of the item less postage.  Refunds will only be made to your card once we have received and processed the item.

We cannot refund an opened item unless it is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURN AND REPLACE:
If you wish to exchange your purchase you may return it to us using the RETURNS FORM  within 14 days of the date of delivery.  The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect your statutory rights.



RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM::
You may return a faulty item by completing the RETURNS FORM and we will arrange for it to be collected and a full refund or replacement issued on receipt of the original item.

Please ensure that the item is securely wrapped.  Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

TESTING RETURNED ITEMS:
We test every single return.  If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. 

We advise you to check any item and its instructions carefully before returning it.  We will not refund postage for any item found to be in good working order.

 

RETURNS AUTHORISATION:
Before returning any item please complete the  RETURNS FORM  and we will email you with authorisation and details of collection.
